Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is there a refund policy?
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial month charges, unused subscription time, and accidental purchases. We strongly encourage you to fully evaluate our free tier before subscribing to ensure FolioForecast meets your needs.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my portfolios if I downgrade?
Your portfolios are preserved, but you'll need to reduce them to meet the limits of your new plan before you can run new optimizations. We'll never delete your data without your consent.
Do you offer annual billing?
